Jaylee of the Verse is made by CyberCreek LLC. This policy covers the game on every platform where CyberCreek LLC publishes it, including the web at jaylee.games.cybercreek.us.
- What the game collects. The game has no accounts and does not ask for or store any personal information. Apart from an ad provider under section 5, it makes no requests to third-party services.
- Saved games. Your progress is stored on your device by the browser or app that runs the game. It never leaves your device unless you move it yourself. Clearing the game's site data deletes it.
- Offline files. The game keeps a copy of its own files on your device so it loads quickly and runs offline.
- Server logs. The server that delivers the game keeps standard access logs for a short time for security and troubleshooting. These include your IP address, the page requested, and your browser type. We do not use them for anything else.
- Advertising. The game may show a small banner ad. When it does, the ad provider may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads under its own privacy policy.
- Usage measurement. We may measure how the game is used with analytics we run ourselves, such as counts of visits and play sessions. When we do, this page says what is measured. Those measurements are aggregate, are not used to identify you, and are never shared.
- Support email. If you email us, we receive your address and message and use them only to reply.
- App stores. If you install the game from an app store, the store handles installation and updates under its own privacy policy.
- Children. The game does not ask for personal information from anyone, including children.
- Changes. Updates appear on this page with a new effective date.
